Balance of rental fee plus $200.00 security deposit are due three weeks prior to check in date. |

Cleaning fee is included in rental rate. However, guests are required to leave the property in a reasonably clean state. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. |

Refund Policy: Written cancellation via US mail or email must be received at least one month in advance for a refund of your deposit. We require 60 days notice for a full refund on PSU football packages. While we understand that emergency cancellations may occur, it is very difficult for us to book cancelled space on short notice. Weather extremes will be considered on an individual basis. |
